Technologies at Our Dental Clinic

At Say Cheese Dentistry, we use various forms of technology for many different purposes such as to inform treatment planning and make your dental appointments run smoothly. We are able to display your digital X-rays and scans on the monitors in our treatment rooms allowing us to show you any concerns in your mouth and guide you through your treatment plan.

We aim to provide comprehensive dental care while ensuring that our patients are well informed on everything related to their dental health. We use dental technology to help us accomplish this.

Digital X-Rays

Digital X-rays use digital sensors instead of traditional photographic X-ray film. They produce highly detailed computer images of the teeth and gums, as well as other oral structures and conditions, giving your dentist the opportunity to thoroughly examine the internal structures of your mouth and teeth.

Panoramic X-Rays

Panoramic X-rays provide your dentist with the opportunity to create a single image of your entire mouth, including the teeth, upper and lower jaws, temporomandibular joints (TMJ), and the nasal and sinus structures. Panoramic X-rays are often used to help plan treatments for dentures, braces, extractions and implants.

CEREC Same-Day Restorations

CEREC® (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) is a system that allows our dental team to fabricate and place ceramic dental crowns, inlays and onlays during a single appointment.

Intraoral Scanners

Intraoral scanners are used to create digital dental impressions without the mess of traditional impressions. Your dentist will utilize an optical scanning wand to create a digital replica of the hard and soft tissues of your mouth in a matter of minutes.
